Greek Week wrapped up this past weekend with University of Cincinnati fraternities and sororities raising $13,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Students turned the event into a fun-filled fund-raiser by selecting sorority and fraternity members to be in a dunking booth.
People who passed by bought a chance to sink the sitter in the dunk tank.
Justin Shafer, president of the UC student body and member of Sigma Pi Epsilon, was one who offered to take a turn being dunked.
Shafer, of Sycamore Township, is an accounting and finance major.
The funds raised will be used to grant the wishes of two Cincinnati children who have leukemia. The students plan to send the children to Disney World.
