Unhappy Another School Shooting in InSane Diego...

We just had another one that's in the same school district as Santana. Granite Hills High School!!! Some people were shot by 2 suspects. One suspect was caught, the other is still loose. Details to come.... Granite Hills HS is in El Cajon, CA.

Both of these places aren't considered suburbs. They are considered as "country"!!! And no, El Cajon is not plush!!! But Granite Hills HS was somewhat middle class...

Just another chitty, sunny Southern California day in InSANe Diego...

Hmmmm.... Wonder why none of this shooting crap is happening in San Diego's inner city high schools? There are 3 or 4 of them... Hmmmm.... Why aren't any of the San Diego Beach school kids goin' loco??? Very interesting....

two teachers..and the one suspect that was caught was shot..i think he got it in the ass too! But it's not funny, it's sick, and why the hell would someone have intentions of taking the life of another? I don't get it, but it really pisses me off.

Not that I condone it, I can relate. ALL of those kids who went ballistic were harassed at school.
Did anyone get a chance to see that MTV special on bullying? It goes into detail on what is happening to these children and their "victims".

I have a strong interest in this, since I work with teens 40 hours a week. I highly recommend reading On the Fringe, edited by Don Gallo (look in the teen fiction section of your local bookstore). There's so much to why kids bring guns to school, parents are definitely a factor, but there's other stuff too. Bullying does play a big part.

So sad.

It is. I'm debating when and if I have children, would I ever put them in public schooling or even private schooling. I guess it will depend on circumstances.
