Sorors...Your Chapter Achievements

Good Morning Sorors.

We all know that we are one body in Alpha Kappa Alpha with no parts being greater than the whole, but I wanted a thread to shout out the AKAomplishments of our own chapters. I didn't want to start it in the Centennial thread, so if I need to delete this one I will. I know that our chapters have done great things so let's hear about it!



So I'll start it off......
Today in Birmingham there was an MS walk and Sorors showed up in droves and early; 6AM! We helped with regristration, but for the most part we were cheering on the walkers/runners. Walking for some people is not something that would be applauded, but many of the participants have MS and they told us how they have been getting ready for this walk for weeks and some months. We walked along side some of the elderly walkers and congratulated them for making such an accomplishment!

Long story short: We won most ENTHUIASTIC volunteers!!!!!!!!!!!!
