What are your favorite silly or fun things about being a Sig Kap?

Mine is that our jewel is the pearl. I wear pearls all the time, and so does a friend in DZ. I tease her that I have more of a claim on them than she does, since they're our official jewel.

I love that our SLAM is actually a word!

I love purple and since lavender is purple and maroon is close I claim it as an unofficial SK color.

Above the drama, above the fights, above the mandatory stuff you don't want to go to, I love being an SK because even if I don't like you, you're my sister and I love you. I'll do anything to protect you. You're family.

I love the pop songs we've converted into SK songs-it still makes me giggle to hear the SK version of 'hollaback girl' and 'get low'.

I love knowing that we're the second biggest contributer to alzheimer's research in the country.

You've heard Hot in Here right? I have it posted on the boards. There's also Dirty and I used to know Crazy.

I love that we hseem to have a national reputation for realness. That was one of our recruitment themes. We're real girls

Eve6's 'Here's to the Nights' came on the radio the other day, and I was stunned to realize that I no longer knew the real words - only the SK version!
