It's when a woman is pregnant with twins and one of the twins some how dies and it latches on to the surviving twin and as the surviving twin grows and develops, the parasitic twin is enveloped inside. Discovery Channel had a little boy on there who was "pregnant" with his own twin. They showed the "thing" and it looked like a creature!  You could see the hair and the genitals.
