Allison Carter, a Chi Omega from Western Ky University, was killed in a car accident a few days ago. She was a sophomore, 20 years old. I can't find the original article, but
here is an opinion piece from the school. All i know from the original article is the weather was bad and she was hit by a police car....the policeman walked away with a broken wrist, but she passed away at the hospital.
this is heartbreaking.
