BSP Facts

Good Evening Ladies,

I'm compiling information on non collegiate sororities and fraternities, and I was wondering if the BSP members can help me with some of the info that I could not get from the website.

a) What are the official colors of Beta Sigma Phi?
b) What is the official/unnofficial mascot(s) of Beta Sigma Phi?
c) What are BSP's main philanthropies?
d) Does BSP have a 2005-2006 theme/goals? If so what is it, and what are some activities done to promote it?

I understand that some of this information might be confidential, so if you would like to PM me, or explain that the information cannont be shared, I understand.

Thank you ladies for your help.

a) What are the official colors of Beta Sigma Phi? Our colors are black and gold

b) What is the official/unnofficial mascot(s) of Beta Sigma Phi? We really do not have a mascot. Unofficially chapters use a teddy bear. Nu Iota uses/used a bumble bee.

c) What are BSP's main philanthropies? We raise money for breast cancer reasearch. We also have a disaster relief fund.

d) Does BSP have a 2005-2006 theme/goals? If so what is it, and what are some activities done to promote it? Um, this I do not remember... crap... what is the theme this year?

Just to add to Alison's great answers...

For letter c...

Chapters are free to choose their own philanthropies. The sorority also has an endowment fund that gives to worthy causes such as various medical research projects.
