If all goes well, the moon and stars align, I win the lottery, and there's an Act of Congress.....
I want to go. How much does it cost? I'll probably have to save up a bunch, but I think I can.

I wish they'd have Convention just once near where I live. And where it isn't blistering hot. Are pantyhose still mandatory?

I do believe pantyhose are mandatory, because my CCD was talking to me about the conference this weekend, and they are "mandatory" there.
You live near Pitsburgh, right? That would be an awesome place to hold a convention, not to mention the fact it's only a few hours drive!

Need a roommate?!
Well, as posted before, I am attending. Our chapter pays for all of our costs. I am the only one going from my chapter b/c no one can afford it, but if your chapter does the same and you need a roommate I would love to meet a new sister!

I just returned from Convention! The Biltmore was so beautiful. It was truely one of the most amazing weeks of my life. So beautiful, so much love, I was in awe. I went as a chapter advisor in place of a CCD but for any Delta Zeta, its an experience of a lifetime.

I wanted to go so badly, but things just didn't work out.
My president did report, though, that the turtle was vote as our official mascot!!
(However, they also had the same speaker us VPs of Programming had back at the conference in Feb. Thye have my sympathies!)

I was also at convention, and it was a terrific experience. As an alum, I didn't sit in on the speaker that was a repeat of the Feb. event...I didn't hear much about what he had to say.
Along with officially adopting the turtle as our national mascot (already mentioned above), we adopted 2 new national philanthropies which are very exciting: Check out The Starkey Foundation at http://www.sotheworldmayhear.org as well as The Painted Turtle summer camps at http://www.thepaintedturtle.org/turtle/ .
