Question Once you've crossed those BURNING SANDS!!!

How has becoming a member of your organization changed and/or had an impact upon your life?

Here, I go again, ya'll go probably kick me out of here in a lil bit

But I have found that I am really so much more of a lady now. I think that once you realize that your name is now the Sigma Gamma Rho Tashena and not just Tashena you have too change a little, but thank god that that is not the only reason for acting like a Lady

My founders were women of Elegance and therefore I will and must be a lady of Elegance

Another thing that I think is important is the fact that my founders were educators so therefore there is no way that I can explain my grades dropping or my not exemplifying the ideas of education.

But on the other hand I think I have learned to be a more faithful and giving person. I have learned how to share...lol. I can go on and on, but by becoming a Lady of Sigma Gamma Rho, I have really evolved into a Great Woman.
(hope that didn't sound like I was tooting my own horn)

Peace & Blessings

Becoming a member of Zeta Phi Beta was like a puzzle piece on my gameboard of life.
It was something that I had to do but more importantly, something that I wanted to do.
It hasn't really changed my life, I feel that I am the same person. The one thing that Zeta definately made me was humble.
So, I guess, in recieving the gift of being humble, I do carry that with me in every aspect of my life and apply it where necessary.
I have also been blessed to have friends come out of the Sisterhood, as well as, the Brotherhood...Needless to say, I wouldn't trade them for the world.
And lastly, I've always carried myself as a Finer woman, so, Zeta was definately the way for me!!!!!
