Running. Lots of running. Its what I do at school ALL time time. Puts off the papers, puts off the stress. My roommate and I will be sitting there at 2 am, beating our computers up and I'll just stand up, grab my tennis shoes, and walk out. She understands not to lock the door. I usually go out, put in a few miles, talk to myself, and then come back and either go to sleep or fix what I was working on. Great for writing thesis papers.

Aside from a lifetime of insomnia (I remember being put down for a nap when I was a kid, and not being able to sleep even back then!) I have very nutty hours at work.

Being in journalism, your sked changes. I'm very often getting up at 3:30 in the morning for work one day and 7:30 the next. It's really difficult.

I used to jog at midnight every night when I had normal hours. I'm really going to have to start jogging again. I've been lap swimming this summer.

Last night I got three hours sleep. Ugh!
