INDIANAPOLIS---Charlotte F. Westerhaus, currently the assistant to the president and director, equal opportunity and diversity at the University of Iowa, has accepted a leadership position on the NCAA staff as vice-president for diversity and inclusion. Westerhaus will assume her new duties in August at the NCAA national office in Indianapolis.
