Fun facts about Bradley:
Bradley continues to be the only university in the MGCA to have all three of its Greek Councils (IFC, PHC, and NPHC) awarded regional recognitions.

On a more local level, Peoria Mayor David P. Ransburg recently recognized the Bradley Greek Community and our many hours of community service. He declared Greek Week, an entire week dedicated to community service, fun and friends as a city-wide event. This is his formal proclamation:
WHEREAS, the Bradley University Greek community encompasses 33 percent of the student population, with 1500 students to 15 fraternities and 12 sororities, providing 250 leadership opportunities within their student councils; and
WHEREAS, the Mid-American Greek Councils Association last year recognized the Interfraternity Council, the National Panhellenic Council, and the PanHellenic Council in 15 areas of categorical excellence, making Bradley the only university to ever have each of their three councils recognized from their international headquarters; and
WHEREAS, through Greek Week, the Bradley Greek community will provide over 1000 service hours to the Peoria Park District; donate over 225 pints of blood to the American Red Cross, in cooperation with the Athletic Department; spend over 750 hours on social education; and provide non-alcohol activities for the Bradley community;
NOW, THERFORE, I, David P. Ransburg, Mayor of the City of Peoria, Illinois, do hereby proclaim September 26 and October 4, 2003, as GREEK WEEK in Peoria, Illinois. Dated this 23rd day of September 2003 A.D.
