Is anyone else trying to lose weight? Just wondered. I know in the past 4 years Ive gained about 40-45 pounds because of laziness. Ive never once in my life been on a diet and I am now trying to diet and exercise to look better for me and make me feel good. This week Ive done pretty well. I used to drink about 4-5 glasses of pop a day and I havent had any in over a week. Ive been drinking water everyday, taking multi-vitamins, drinking V8, and eating 6 small meals a day. I am doing the body for life challenge. I get my book this week on it. Until then, Ive been working out for a hour a day and eating right, no junk food. I stepped on a scale today very nervous and Ive lost 6 pounds this week. I cant believe it but its true. I weighed myself the day I started and in one week Ive lost 6 pounds. I really hope this diet works because Id love to look and feel better.
