Big/Littles
Hey all,
A few girls at my under grad chapter are throwing around ideas for selecting bigs and littles. My question is how do you all do it at your chapters? Is there a group (say sophomores) who select first, then juniors, and seniors? How do you guys decide how it will work. Previously it was done by whoever seemed to know the potential the best..however, I don't know if thats the best way.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!
