National Treasure

I was kinda unsure about seeing this. Nicholas Cage's movies lately have been kinda iffy but the reviews looked good, it was opening weekend for the huge cinema and free popcorn.

They ran out of popcorn!! Looks like they hadn't made any all day..the machines looked clean, lol., but they gave us coupons for free popcorn.

Anyway...back to the movie..when it first started, the screen went black for a couple of minutes so there were no opening movie scenes...unless it was supposed to be that way.

Had some great one-liners, fast-paced, unexpected..I'd probably go see it again which means a lot from me.

They ran out of effing popcorn? That is hilarious.

I saw it, it isn't supposed to be a black screen in the beginning, so I think your projectionist screwed up.

I loved it. I mean, it is an action movie, but it is tasteful and entertaining.

Good for the family after a big thanksgiving meal....

I like Nicolas Cage, but not a huge fan. I definitely liked this movie and I can't stand suspense/action films.

It won't win any Oscars, but it was a fun movie. I also liked how I saw it at the movie theater that is closest to Trinity Church (where Alexander Hamilton is buried,) so when I left the movie, I wondered if...

I saw it this weekend and loved it - it required a little suspension of disbelief but it was a fun movie.

I saw it this weekend and really really liked it! I actually saw it with my parents and they enjoyed it as well. I think Riley is my new favorite hottie.

There were some good previews too before the movie . . . "In Good Company" and "Spanglish" look good . . . there's also a ten minute clip on moviefone for spanglish which is cool. I never realized how pretty Paz Vega was

DH and I saw it this past weekend and enjoyed it too! Even though much of the story was made up to keep the story going, it was truly interesting just to think, "What if this WAS true?"
