I feel a lot of smaller movies are getting the short end of the stick when it comes to stuff like this.

I don't like Roeper really either .. he just comes across as abrupt and interupts Ebert all the time.

He only seems to like artsy-fartsy movies, then when he actually disagrees with Ebert, he calls Ebert for sayign somehting Roeper said weekes before (Like saying Roger should stop liking toilet humor comedies, then when Roger pans a BAD one, Roeper gets on him for it).

Bad example, but you get my drift.

It proves that the chemistry between Roger Ebert and the late Gene Siskel cannot be duplicated.

Richard Roeper still keeps his day job as a columinst for the Chicago Sun-Times. I don't look to his opinion when I decide to see a film.
