How long?
It took me about a month and 1/2 from international contact to pledge ritual, but I don't know if that's average.
I got lucky and landed into a chapter that meets during the summer. We liked each other, so they extended a bid (rather, they voted me in...very informal that way).
Two years? That seems like an awfully long time to get into Beta. I wonder what's going on there.
