Hannah is the mascot of Delta Gamma. If I'm not mistaken, she's supposed to represent the perfect sister. Most of the girls on this site who have Hannah in their names are Dee Gee's.

But I'm still not sure of the story either....I thought that I've seen it somewhere....but where is another story...
