Hi everyone, I'm new to the boards. I wasn't really sure where to post this but "Greek Life" seemed like a good place. I recently ordered some t-shirts for my lil sis from
www.greekloft.com. When I called to place the order, the salesman told me that it would be here by the beginning of last week. I was estastic because our girls were crossing this past Sunday. Well, by the middle of last week, the shirts still hadn't arrived. I called again and got the same salesman who said that he had not realized the style of shirts that I had ordered were on back-order. He said that they would be going out the next day and would arrive by the beginning of this week. They still have not arrived yet. I've been trying to call several times yesterday and today and their phone is off the hook. I've emailed the company and have not gotten a response yet. I guess my question is have any of you ordered from this company before and are they usually pretty good and I've just run into some bad luck or is this company really shady and I should report them to the Better Business Bureau? Thanks and sorry for the long@$$ post.
