I saw it opening day during a matinee showing and the theater was pretty packed. I personally liked the movie a whole lot. The only complaints I heard was that it was too slow (this was from some of my friends) all the people coming out of the theater when I saw it talked about how good it was. I rather appreciate character development instead of having token roles. Mortenson did a great job breaking out of the Aragon mold. I hope he goes on to do quite a few more movies.
Yea, I liked it..I guess about a 8-8.5. At the end of the movie, you realize that there weren't actually a lot of dialogue. Hard to talk when you've got sand in your eyes and mouth.
Would have liked him to have made a scarcastic comment to the British lady at the end!
