officer pins

I've got a question for you. In the new Torch (just got mine today), the new President gavel pins are advertised on the Gifts page. The Ritual of Jewels gavel is SO pretty. I love it, but I'm wondering if it would be tacky for me to get one since I am the FORMER president. What do you think?

I know that in some chapters it is a tradition at the end of the sorority year to give the outgoing officers the office charms for their bracelets... I personally don't see anything wrong with you getting yourself one of the pins.
