We had many things we did, every summer there was 3-4 paintball trips, trips to the shooting range, camping, movies, road trips to other chapters on a whim, go to school sports, have a small TKE Olympics with just guys in the house, have a themed dinner, we did Ghetto Chicken every now and then, basically just KFC or Popeyes and something to drink, it started off as a kinda smaller event every now and then, and eventually turned into something that the whole chapter got fired up about a week before the next time it happened.
Basically the main idea is, no matter how many or few guys you have, it's VERY rare to find something that everyone likes. If you try to think of some catch all events, it's not going to be there very often. some guys don't like paintball, some think of camping as taking the RV and generator and TV and all that crap...
Have smaller things. we'd get like 3 guys that have guns, and like 6 or 7 of us would go shooting, or 4-5 in a car and go visit Lambda chapter.
This is also a great chance for an MQB - MQBs do different things everywhere, but what seems to work well for a lot of chapters is to have them not do any kind of punishment, or anything negative at all. Instead meet up with guys one at a time, find out what they want to see in TKE, what their future plans are, what they don't like, that kind of thing. Then if there's something that needs to be taken care of that's more of a punishment or judicial type thing, either a judicial board or ethics board takes care of it.
Take the information that your guys tell you and make a lot of smaller events. Not everyone will go to everything, but with enough variety, everyone will go to something or a few.
Maybe look into doing the Journey activity that's in the newest Hegemon manual that was also a huge moral booster.
