Delta Plates for the State of Illinois

Anyone who lives in the state of Illinois who is interested in the "Delta Plate" please send me a PM. You will need your name, address, daytime phone, current plate number, and your membership ID number. We need a total of 850 people interested in order to get the plates on the road.
