we need pref help

i posted this under rush, but i guess it cant hurt to put it here as well.....

we just had pref round this morning. and in all honesty, my chapter sucks at pref. we have admitted this every year, yet no one does anything about it. im tired of dealing with it so im just taking the initiative to do something, and i want to have something to present to the chapter when i bringthis up at meeting. does anyone have any ideas on how to pref these girls better, or make the ceremony better?? like even if you cant tell me details from what y'all do, just anything... im preatty desperate right now becuase we do so well with the first three rounds,andthen lose them during pref. when i went through i even thought it sucked. just anything that you guys do/can think of to make pref more personal, more fun, to really bring them in. thanks
