I had a good time at the Outdoor Leadership Adventure. At first, I didn't like the idea of sleeping in a tent with 50 spiders and with an opportunity for wild animals or snakes to walk into the tent while I was asleep. But, I got to the point to where I was so worn out by the end of the night, it didn't even matter. I went through Impact Level 3 with Brothers Eric Berger and Rob Walker as my facilitators and had a blast with those guys in that group. We did alot of bonding and learned alot. The International Ritual Team was just a group of "crazy" guys, but they did a great job and I had fun hanging out with those guys, too. I thought this experience was better than the other times because it was just us and nature, there were no other distractions, it was great.

PS. Brother Berger, don't forget to email us that list of everybody from level 3 so we can keep in touch and continue to share ideas.

I have to agree with Andrew; this conference and the way the Staff structured the campsites and activities gave a great opportunity for Brothers across the US and Canada to mix, mingle and bond in a way that couldn't (or hasn't) been done in a hotel or on a college campus.

Of course there are a number of wildlife stories out there...skunks running through or wrestling in tents, horse flies the size of Ford Escapes, deer sticking their head in your tent, etc.

Andrew, I do not have the list; someone from the class was collecting it and going to distribute it. I will get with the HQ this morning to see if I can get a list and figure out who it was.

Eric

Hey guys...I was the one that collected all the names and addresses for Impact level 3...I just got my computer working...finally...so sometime soon I'll be sending that info out to all of you guys.

Also, this conference, out of the two others I had gone to, (general assembly in Denver and the last one in Indy) had more brotherhood than I had ever seen before. (From now on, every one of these needs to have a game of Frat Dodge Ball)

I think the International Fraternity is going to be heading in a new direction, and can't wait to see its outcome. Hope you all are good...and that email list will be out shortly after I get my room situation straightened out.

In ZAX,

Matt
