Someone gave me some advice last year and it stuck with me cause I had not really thought of it that way before. Come pref night when you are down to 2 houses, don't just pay attention to the girls who are already in the house, but be sure to pay attention to the other PNM's also at the house. Do they seem like the type of girls you feel comfortable with as well as the girls in the house? Those girls in the room with you going through the same recruitment as you are very important; just as important as the girls in the house already, because many of these girls will be in your pledge class and you'll probably be spending the majority of your initial time in the organization with these girls. Just thought I'd pass along what someone told to me. It really helped me a lot
