Bewitched movie

Have you heard about the new Bewitched movie they are making?It will apparently star Nicole Kidman as Samantha.I have heard that either Jim Carrey or Mike Myers will play Darren.
My personal preference would be Mike Myers but either would be great in the role.All I have read or heard are just rumors though.Have you guys heard anything about it?

I think I would like Jim Carrey better as Darren because he is tall and thin more like the original Darren.

I heard about it only because I pay too much attention to Hollywood gossip. Jim Carry met with Nicole Kidman and the potential director (forgot who that is) at a restaurant, but somehow it became gossip that the two of them were dating, which isn't true. So I think Jim Carry must be at least seriously considering the role.

In trying to find out more information,I came across a site where people were speculating about who would be good for the various roles.Some of the suggestions were:
Tim Curry as Dr. Bombay
Shirley MacLaine as Endora
Nathan Lane and Rosie O'Donnell as Mr and Mrs Kravitz

That would fabulous if those actors were cast.I was never able to find anything concrete about anything.(I can't believe that I am so bored at work that I have spent the better part of the afternoon trying to find this out. )
