hi girls,
well a couple of weeks ago we had coa and we decided as a chapter to go for the gold. Yup you guessed it.....we want
3 stars standard of excellence. last year our chapter got two stars and got the panhellenic award. like the previous national convention we got minimal standards and worked hard to get where we are at. I think we can do it, cuz we got great girls leading our chapter on eboard as well as jr e. The problems we need to fix is the intiation rate and our gpa. does anyone have any ideas how to fix these problems? also what is your chapter shooting for. good luck to all of you on your endeavors!!!
