Community Service Events
Hey. As the new Community Service Director for XO, I was hoping for some brainstorming from the GC Community. Please help with some ideas, no matter how unfinished.
Our national philanthropy is Make A Wish, but we do stuff for other charities as well.
In addition, I need some ideas to motivate people to participate. My chapter is not so known for actively attending any events, (with social excluded), mixers, community service, academic, career and personal development.
So please give me some ideas and some ways to motivate people who do not typically want to participate.
