Get off your lazy @$$ and do something!!!
I am the absolute most lazy person on the face of the Earth!!! I am so freaking sick of telling myself I'm going to exercise (and even writing reminder notes), and then making excuses i.e. "I'm to tired," or "It's too cold out," or "I don't want to exercise in front of other people until I get into better shape," etc.
Somebody please slap the crap outta me!!!! Instead of typing on here I should be out running for hours and hours until all my nasty fat melts off. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!
I need some excercise buddies or something to keep me in line, like posting on here every day as to how long we exercised & such. I also need some advice on good fat-burning exercises & ways to get myself motivated, or ways to punish myself if I don't do it (i.e. I'm not allowed to do any "fun" activities if I didn't exercise that day).... Helllllp! please! I'm such a lard-ass!
