thats so not fair! every time its supposed to snow here, the storm changes course or we get a lot less than we're supposed to. it sucks, I want a lot of snow, after all, its december!!!! I havent been able to use my 4 wheel drive too much yet

Let's let it NOT snow! ...at least not til after exams. I commute to campus and have to deal with cleaning my car off and bad roads/traffic.

You are so lucky! In the 163 years my school has been open they have canceled classes THREE times!!!

So if I want to miss class, it's going to be b/c I decided to be a slacker and skip.....and my parents pay way too much money for me to be doing that, so....:::sigh::: I guess I'll just have to deal with snow flying in my face as I walk to class.

Yeah it snowed here and it was just a dusting...which I am mighty greatful for because I dislike driving in snow PERIOD!

unfortunately i live in good ol' new england, so even though it snowed liek a bastard and we were up from 12am-4am playing in the snow (and dyann broke her arm!

) there was still school.. blah.. inches of snow on the ground and STILL there was school.. wtf

LOL, I am so ready for snow now. Surprisingly, Iowa hasn't got any snow yet, but it'll change here in a month.
Hey, I have to agree with you .. snowball fight is awesome. Last year, Ash Ave (Greek rows: Pi Beta Phi, Delta Sigma Phi, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Delta Delta Delta, FIJI, Farmhouse, Kappa Sigma, Theta Chi, Theta Delta Chi, Lambda Chi Alpha) had a HUGE snowball fight, and it was so much fun! Looking forward to the next fight

It's snowing like a bitch here in MD. We're supposed to get up to 12 inches (MMMMMM, 12 inches). I am considered an "essential" employee, so I HAD to come into work. I made my ex drive me to work, to make up for being a total bastard! LOL

Because of the nature of my job, I have to be at work even if there's a hurricane (um, not that we get many of those in Northern VA). So they make no exceptions for snow... I felt like an idiot this morning in my little car that does NOT do well in the snow, with a bunch of trucks and SUV's behind me... their drivers were probably wishing I'd get out of their way!

I love the snow.. and if its going to be this cold.. its the only way I can stand it.

Well we still have classes today, of course, I think Virginia Tech is like FAB*SpiceySpice's school, bc class is never canceled. Though it was fun to go sledding on all the big hills around here.. we have the best hill on oak lane ("the greek community") so everyone was at our house last night sledding. Then I went on campus to see the annual first snowfall cadets vs. civilians snowball fight on the drillfield. This can get pretty huge and vicious. Enjoy the snow everyone

Our classes are cancelled here also!!! The last time we had a snow day wa s two years ago....and on the last day of classes when all the papers, and tests, and quizzes happen. It can't get any better than this. What do you all do when you have snow days?
