Question Values-based education

Okay, I love Risk Management! I am working on a values-based education program for my chapter. It focuses on our creed and ritual as inspiration for not only upholding our own oaths to the organization, but also helping our sisters to do the same. The program includes several discussions and activities, and one of the most important parts is teaching sisters how to confront other sisters.

Has anyone else done something like this? Some of the materical is stuff I got at the Mid-American Greek Council Assoication conference last year, but I am working on compiling it. As it is still in development stages, I would love any suggestions anyone might have. Thanks!
