An issue of racial profiling with hazing

It seems to me that NPHC & IFC are held to different standards. Some things which are done by the IFC frats would result in automatic suspension for NPHC frats. Like making pledges dress the same. Even the usage of the term pledge in any context (ie pledge, pledgee, dean of pledges, etc) could result in an investigation. Do you all see this happening as well?
