Angry beer

i think that risk taking is over rateed. we need to stat drinking more beer and crying less tears. the frats of today are truning into sissies. my frat is a bunch of real boyz. we have saturated saturdays, sloushed sundays, marty gra mondays, tanked tuesdays, wet wednesday wet t-shirts with the ladies, thirsty thrusdays, and last but not least, FRAT FRIDAYS where each member gets a keg. Currently I'm going for the frat member record of 68 days while being drunk 24 hours of every day. Alchohole poisioning is for sissies. Take your beer like a man.

Kegman, imagine a computer shaped liked a beer bottle...wouldn't that be the coolest. And it would be even cooler if you could drink beer out of your computer. I like to pretend my computer is my girlfriend sometimes.

I'm going for 100% blood alchol tonight kegman. Thanks for the inspiration.

Would you like your new liver now or at the end of this year?

Far to many members of greek orgs forget that by taking on the letters of their respective organization they are taking on a responsiblity to conduct themselves within the values, ideals and concepts that their founders established. In most cases that does not include wild out of control parties.

Risk Management exists becacuse some where within the history of greek orgs we stopped remebering to watch out for our brothers and sisters. As a result, our family began getting hurt. And because we wouldn't stand up and take the blame, the responsiblity and make the necessary changes, our National organizations began to hold us accountable.

Most of the Rules exist for our safty. I've read several different risk managment policy, few if any forbid party's with alcholol. They just establish guidlines to prevent dangerous situations for ourselves and our guests. Every moment you are out of control because you are inebriated, you run a risk of hurting yourselves and others. Do you understand your liabity, the liablity you put on your brotherhood/sisterhood, and understand that risk every time you pick up a mug of beer?

The party's that are the most fun are the ones you can remeber. And ones that your not scared to death that one of your good friends might need to be taken to the emergancy room, or ones you spend wishing you'd stop puking the next moring because all that is left in your stomach is bile.

Exclamation

This is a long ago post, but I was bored and decided that it warrents a response. Somewhere along the way, kegman has lost sight of what fraternity and brotherhood stand for. I actually feel sorry for him and the fraternity that he is a part of. How many times will you ever hear a greek say that they feel sorry for another greek? Almost never. If kegman's nationals knew what was going on at his school and in his chapter, they would most definately loose their charter. I can't imagine why they wouldn't. This poor display of what kegman calls "brotherhood" is downright disgusting and is a terrible way to portray greeks. It makes me embarassed that this person is actually a part of greek life and that people would actually accept him into their fraternity. No goals, no respect, no life. I feel sorry for you kegman. I hate being mean and writing things like this, but i'm tired of getting a bad reputation because of people like kegman. He is the reason why numbers go down and why there are bad articals in magazines and why chapters lose charters. What do people gain from being drunk all the time. Eventually it will catch up with you. To those out there who haven't joined but want to, I want you to know that kegman represents only a select few frats and sororities. Hopefully a dying breed of frats and sororities.

This is for mgd and Artemis, Kegman is obviously full of it guys. He and others have been posting stuff like this since the inception of the site, and they keep posting it because they know you will take him seriously and reply like its the truth. Just try to stop being such easy targets for these guys and just ignore them from now on.

You are absolutely right scott. I have a habit of losing my head sometimes, and sometimes someone has to put it back on my shoulders for me to see that people try to irritate me. It's beyond me why people do that though. Anyway, thank you for putting my head back on my shoulders.

I am very confused at to what point it was stated in any charter that you have to drink to belong.... I am a non-drinker and all my sisters respect my decision!! I think that it is very sad those of you who feel the need to be inebrihated 24/7 good luck when finals arrive... dotn forget you are in college to get an educations not a eviction!

I'm hesitant to close a nearly decade-old thread.
