you have no idea how excited---our first brotherhood event of the year is watching the Leafs Senz game--there is a huge rivalry between those two teams and because half of our brothers are from Toronto and the other half Ottawa it is always alot of fun!

the Leafs haven't made it to the cup since 1967 so we are more than due!

they traded away chris drury this afternoon to the flames, so they aren't as strong as they were, nobody will beat detroit again they have a powerhouse team reminisent of the 1970's Montreal Dynasty. It would be awesome if a smaller market team like edmonton or calgary could win the cup but it is not likly to happen.

The red wings are usually good. You never know with the smaller teams . Some of the unknow players they have might end up to be stars. Look at baseball and the Twins for proof miracles can happen.

the thing with teams like edmonton and calgary is that they act like farm teams for the rest of the league, they bring in young players who turn out to be really good and then they leave the smaller team for a bigger team that can afford them. so they get great players, edmonton has brought some of the best players into the league, Like Wayne Gretzky they just can't afford to keep them around for much more then 2 or 3 years.

True but they can hope that they can keep them for those couple years and win something. Look what Wayne Gretzky did for Edmington.

thats about it, calgary has iginla who is probably the best shot in the league, he was the MVP this year so they have potential especially with the aquirement of drury.
