Talking my First Event!!

My first alum event is monday night!!!
I am soo excited! It is at the home of an another alumna and sits funny to realize how many alums live so close to me!
i hope the HUGE age difference wont be weird. but i am really looking fwd to it.
Do any of you find the alum age difference to be a problems?
Love
Ashley

Ashley,
I think the age difference between alumnae can be really wonderful. Within an alumnae association you may be able to find not only friends to hang out with, but women who can mentor you through your twenties and beyond.
My Alum. Assoc. has women of all ages participating and it is a blast!
Good luck with your events, and welcome to Alum life!

Cool

Ashley, Dont worry about the Age Difference!

Last nite, we had from 39-60! Hell we had fun!

Alum Golf Tourney, they put the old Farts togethr, we had more fun than the rest of them combined!

Age, what is age!

Remember, You are Sisters and Have A Big Thread In common!

It may sound trite, but when I hear of things that the less Mature Brothers talk about it is still fun, just different ages and times!

Ah But still the same!

Ashley,
Yes, I'm definitely an alumna, and I was our Alumnae Association's President a few years ago, which just goes to show that young alumnae can contribute a great deal!
Good luck!
What was your event? Do you have other events planned for the fall?

Love being an alum!!!

I thought that I would say how much I love being an alumna of Sigma Kappa.

I think that I have found my calling..........don't get me wrong, I loved being a collegiate, but I love being able to give my all to the chapter that I am helping, and go home at the end of the day knowing that I made a difference!!!

Greek Love,
Lil Snakey K
