Engraved Brick Fundraiser

Has any chapter 'out there' had success in selling engraved bricks for a patio/sidewalk/wall for your chapters fundraiser?

We are looking into selling them to Undergrads, Alumni, Parents, sororities on campus and Businesses for $100 a brick, in which the profit goes to our House Corporation.

The potential with this fundraiser is huge, I just want some suggestions, warnings, comments or advice if you have any.
