PLEASE READ !! i have to know!!

I graduated with my GED at a military school , after wards I enrolled in a community college.. im in clubs and comities at my cc and I have outstanding grades ... so my question is do they accept a GED background and is it possible that I can still be part of a sorority when I transfer to my university?

I know its a rough chance for a junior but its worth the rush.
