Whats the difference bewteen quota and campus total?

Hello! I'm a little confused.

What is the difference between quota and campus total from my understanding, campus total is the ideal # of girls for each sorority. and if a chapter is under this number they can continue to take girls in addition to quota until they reach it. And quota is the number of new members that Panhellenic sororities can accept during formal recruitment.

So for example if at GreekChat University the quota is 50 and campus total is 135, and Alpha Beta Gamma sorority gets 50 girls during formal recruitment, does that mean they can keep recruiting girls until they reach 135?

Still very confused! Anyone care to explain?
