can someone help me fix my PM system?

Help, my PM messaging system says it is full but I have cleaned out all PM's(about 1 month ago and have not been able to get new ones since then) How do I fix this?

Karen,
Check your sent box and your message tracking mailbox. Those are probably full, too.

Thanks Barb-I checked the sent items and that was the problem-all fixed.
