Can other rushees prevent others from getting a bid?

theres this one girl who for some reason doesnt like me. we barely know each other...shes not friendly at all to me. when i say hey she gives no eye contact and says it so quietly on purpose...i know shes gonna get in though so if she doesnt like me does that mean the soror wont accept me since she doesnt? ugh

PNMs can certainly prevent other PNMs from getting a bid if sororities like them better.

Oh, and you know that all the PNMs (except you) get give their input in each chapter's membership selection.
