Non APO groups at conferences...

For each of the groups listed below, let me know if you would be comfortable or not if they were invited to a section conference.

A) A Service Sorority (GSS,OPA) from the host school.
B) A Service Sorority from a school in the section with no APO chapter.
C) A Service Sorority from a school with an APO chapter that is also invited.
D) A Community Service or Scouting group from a school in the section that can't have Alpha Phi Omega.
E) A Community Service or Scouting group from a school in the section that may be interested in affiliating (the existing group becomes an interest or Petitioning Group.

Also, who should have the final decision on these invitations? Conference Committee or Section chair?
