Cornell (NY): Kappa Sigma Closes Chapter

Kevin (and LaneSig) -- for lists:

Kappa Sigma is closing its chapter at Cornell. The university will also cease recognizing the chapter. RM violations, alcohol violations are reported. Article is on the Cornell Daily Sun's site:
