Angry Just desserts...

When Bad things happen to Bad people...

All of us Good Apples out there have daily misfortunes. Seems pretty unfair most of the time. The worst things seem to happen to me and my a lot of my good peeps. Anyone out there feel me?
Have you had any instances where you were sad about what happened, but knew that the person got what they deserved?

Anyhow, I am going to relay my reasons for starting this thread, a friend of mine relayed this story to me. Read it below... (it's long as heck)

Mr. AllThat met and fell in love with (or so he said) Miss. Cute&Sweet. Miss. Cute&Sweet was thrilled after a long 7 year relationship with Mr. AllThat asked that she become his wife. Well they married and did well for two years when Mrs. AllThat announced that they were finally pregnant. The man of the house seemed pleased and they began plannning the entry of this new life into the world. The Mrs. began developing quite a belly and the OBGYN advised the couple that twins were on the way.
Mr. AllThat began having trouble sleeping at home... but this was not the first time. At times when they were dating the Mrs. did encounter some problems with Mr. AllThat's "acquaintances"...
But after couple's therapy and pre-marriage counseling, they'd seemed to have pulled through. But now Mr. AllThat was back to his old tricks again. Mrs. AllThat never said a word... wanting to minimize the fighting and stress between them while she was carrying twins.
One Saturday morning he stumbled in around 5 a.m. Just in time too, the twins were on the way. Off to the hospital -- and Mr. AllThat was the "proud" father of two baby boys... Not identical though.
Anyhow, Mr. AllThat went on the next few years to be an increasingly poor father and husband... Physical abuse ensued, as well as neglect. He stopped contributing to the household, and kept up an affair. He maintained a separate home with his girlfriend, and her son where he paid all of their bills. He neglected his biological sons so much that they barely knew him. Finally, Mr. AllThat moved out. Mrs. AllThat struggled to pay the bills, finally, one day, when they boys were about 12 she was able to afford a divorce... and did so.

Well, the boys had some serious behaviour problems, with a mother who was never home (she worked two jobs, and sometimes three) and a non-existant father, it was almost inevitable. They began trying drugs and alcohol, they were members of a gang... Just a mess. Their mother pleading with her ex husband to help her manage them, but he declined, year after year saying that he paid his child support (when he decided to work, he switched jobs QUITE often) and that he had a new family. She did everything she could, enrolling them in Big Borthers, taking them to church etc... To no avail. She didn't have a great support system from her family... So she was kinda stuck.

At the ages of 15, the boys were hanging out in the local housing project (they didn't live in the projects per se, but their neighborhood wasn't much better)... They had discovered a new talent, a new hustle. They would meet up with other boys from the project, get dressed in their hustle gear, get their guns, and ride out to the city where they would carjack, rob, steal what they could from whomever. They went on a few months like this, very succesfully. Anyhow, one night they ran across an older gentleman, in a nice BENZ. Looking like a good victim, they waited for this gentleman to park his car outside of the strip club... He had to park in an alley because the lot next to the club was full. The boys waited behind a dumpster and jumped out accosting the man and attempting their robbery. But he fought back, this dude was strong as hell. The two project boys ran off because they thought they heard someone coming... But the twins were continuing the struggle, since this guy had hit one of them so hard, he was bleeding. They pulled their guns put pistol whipping the man nearly unconcious and robbing him of all of his belongings, even his shoes. They got about a block away, and couldn't find their friends or the getaway car. In a flash, police cars surrounded them....

At the station, the boys were fingerprinted and and detained... Mom came down to the station. And one of the officers who'd arrested the boys briefed her on the situation... Turns out (as you may have guessed by now), that was their dad. His ass laid in the hospital for 48 hours. And he DID press charges...
These days he has a lazy eye and trouble speaking clearly due to his injuries. But I say, that's what his ass gets. The boys were not tried as adults. They each got an 8 month sentence at the Kiddy Jail upstate.

Reminds me

This situation is sad on several levels and reminds me of a book called FED UP WITH THE FANNY by FRANKLIN WHITE.

This all goes to show: BE A DADDY not a sperm donor to your kids no matter how much you hate your child's mother. They did not ask to be born.

I am not going to pass judgement on this man except in a way he was wrong for pressing charges on his own sons. He needs to be in jail right along with them for mental and physical neglect.

I had the exact same thought! It seems straight out of the text.
