Only Greek that I know of is my cousin who is a Kappa Alpha Theta.
Second closest thing is my sister who began to pledge Alpha Kappa Alpha.

While looking through a list of APO alumni in the Chicago area, I found out my cousin (actually my grandfather's first cousin) is an APO Brother as well! I had no idea!

I have a sister that's a ZTA, a cousin in Sigma Kappa, and my great-grandmother was a Phi Mu (I think. I am not completely sure). My brother, cousin, and uncle are all in Sigma Chi.

That I know of...
Sister - Zeta Tau Alpha (my big!)
Uncle (Dad's side) - Alpha Rho Chi
Uncle (Mom's side) - Alpha Tau Omega
Cousin (Dad's side) - Pi Beta Phi
Aunt (Dad's side) - founding sister of a local that was absorbed by a national several years after she graduated; she's not sure what the national is.
I think one cousin joined a service fraternity, but she never said the name. Another cousin pledged ZTA at a different school, but had to depledge for financial reasons (which made my sister and I really sad; we'd have helped if we'd known).

I'm in Gamma Phi Beta obviously, and after bid night, I learned that my aunt was too! My mom had told me before recruitment that she thought my aunt was a Delta Gamma, but she was obviously wrong. So it was pretty cool to find out my aunt and I were in the same sorority.
My dad was a Lambda Chi Alpha, and my brother and cousin were both in the same chapter of Sigma Chi.
