Good Morning,
I was very upset last night when they brought back Vincent and that crazy Angela. What in the world was Angela thinking with that cocktail dress. That was EXTREMELY UGLY. And I have no comments on Vincent, he's just nuts. I really thought Michael got the shaft last night. I think he won that challenge personally. I love the dresses that Uli makes, but I think she's a one trick pony. And don't get me started on neck boy(Can't think of his name right now). He is really cocky and I hope that being in the bottom 2 put him in his place last night.

Jennifer,
Have a blessed day

I was too worried about them bringing back Vincent or Angela b/c the requirement was that they had to win the challenge. I felt pretty confident that neither of them would pull that off, so it wasn't really a big deal. I am a fan of Michael and Laura, though I think that Jeffery will make it to the top two. He pushes the limits and that's important in this competition. The good news is that all three of them get to show at fashion week. Also, Kayne deserved to go home yesterday. I need for him to follow the rules of the challenge. If Tim hadn't stopped by, then he wouldn't have even had that one white ribbon on the back.

I didn't need to see Angela or crazy Vinnie. Notice that most of the fans wanted to see Alison back.

Of course, I would have been happy if Michael had won, but glad to see Laura pull one out. I have a dress in some similar black/white lace fabric (by Carmen Marc Valvo). Good execution on both.

Praying Jeffrey falls on his butt in the next challenge. That was ridiculous. But I'm in my 40s, so I fail to see the appeal.

Uli may be in trouble. The dress looked strange, boho. And Tim already warned the folks about boring Ninagahcia during the judging.

They had it in for Kayne. I figured he'd be gone.

I had Laura's dress in black when I was 16 (minus the feathers on the bottom). So while I REALLY wasn't that excited by it, I did think it was well executed and styled (the feathers were a nice touch that saved it from being SO BORING) and was happy to see Laura rewarded witha win, as I would wear 60-70% of her stuff in a heartbeat (the rest of it is a bit too matronly for me). I love her clean, classic aesthetic.

I would personally have given it to Michael for his impeccable styling and sexy but subtle and classy dress. Although maybe the judges didn't because of that HEINOUS JACKET he wore on the runway. I can understand if they felt they couldn't reward that AWFUL MANGO THING with another win.

All four left are showing at Fashion Week tomorrow morning, the top three plus the one decoy that will be auf'ed next. The pictures from Fashion Week should be online tomorrow probably after 10-11, since I believe the PR show is at 9am.

I absolutely loved Michael's dress. If I was skinny, I would totally bid on it!

My bad, I forgot that the top 3 are finalists, not the top 2.

It's about time Laura won one! I was feeling bad for her. She reminds me a bit of Kera Saun (sp?). They both were criticized for creating pieces that were too classic. I'd wear their designs anytime over Jeffrey or that guy that beat Kera. I really hope Micheal wins, though. He's always tasteful (Jeffrey is not), daring (Laura is not) and creative (Uli can't seem to get away from her one set style).

I was mad last week when that French guy was acting like there was something Michael could've done to avoid getting an egg thrown on the dress. It's not like he could've anticipated that sort of thing.

I can't believe kayne is gone. Is is because his dress didn't have proportionate black/white? I think that hint (minus the bow) of white was perfect. or were the judges looking at his past work and deemed it inconsistent for couture?

Pictures from fashion week are starting to appear on Getty Images if anyone wants to see the collections!

For some reason the link works sometimes and not others, but if you search for Project Runway it should bring them up.

Thanks. I'm starting to look at the pics. So far, I've seen stuff from Michael, Laura and Jeffrey. Haven't yet seen something from Uli.

I took a look at the collections, and there are definite pros and cons to all of them.

I actually really liked Jeffrey's collection. I might have liked his best. Ack! Michael's was a little too metallic for my personal taste, although the FIT on all the clothes was to die for! It looked like Beyonce's Crazy in Love video was his inspiration!

Speculation

Anyone notice that Nazri was with Uli not Michael (and the other two designers have their last models)..... That makes me very worried that he was not in the final three.....

I wasn't worried too worried because they could do a model switch up before the next challange and if Uli got to pick before Michael than she could have chosen Nazri. But then I read on another site a few minutes ago that Michael was in fact not in the final three. Which makes me really sad because he has been my favorite since his coffee filter dress in the first challenge. And what the hell could he do wrong next week that causes him to be auf'ed since he's been so consistent through the whole thing, was the first one to win two challenges in a row, etc where the others haven't been as consistent or have done the same thing over and over with no variety at all. But I should say I wasn't too fond of his runway collection. There were a few pieces tha I loved and a few that I just wasn't thrilled with at all.

I read on another board that they had a lot less time to put their runway collections together than in the previous seasons, since those were shown during the Fall Fashion Week, and that could definitely play a factor in why I wasn't too thrilled with Michael's and even some of the other collections. Whew, I said a lot...
