That's just my Baby Daddy!

Saw it. Loved it.

I have already proclaimed Mr. Denzel Washington as my next baby daddy!

In all seriousness, The movie was wonderful. I would recommend that everyone go see it and support Denzel and Kimberly who also did a wonderful job!

I saw the movie this past weekend as well. It was okay. I was expecting Aaliyah would have a bigger role.

I liked a couple of the songs in the movie.

I must say it was waaaay better than Vanilla Sky (the last movie I saw) was hyped up to be.

CTHUAY ! I was telling my wife the same thing about that boy's head when we were at the movies! I love the character that he tried to portray, but his head did look funny, especially when he was doing those bodybuilding poses. That ish is too funny! Didn't Big Mama Madine teach them girls to shape dem babies heads right after they come out the womb ?

I just came from my couch seeing my $5 VHS copy of it. Pretty good movie -- not nearly as Ghetto Fabulous as I expected. There was truth to the movie. I liked the closing scene, but for real how many relationships would've let that 10 day thing fly?

Anthony Anderson made that movie. He was really comical and on point with his advice.

ALWAYS GOOD to see MO CHEST

I see we are on the same wave length again today. Since it is so cold and windy here I just pulled out some archives from my movie shelf. I LUV me some 2 Can Play That Game. I had a few sorors and friends over to watch it as a Waiting to Exhale party thing. If you have DVD I suggest you watch the Special Features because they have the Real life characters relate to certain situations in the movie. I was tripping off of some of their responses like hmmmmm You can take folks out the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of folks!!!!

Thumbs up Hellacious movie

My soror and I, along with her son, went to see John Q on Saturday. Bring your Kleenex -- it's an emotional one. I'm not a parent, but I completely understood the motives of Denzel's character.

It was also chilling for me because I cover healthcare for a newspaper, and I've written about HMOs. So far, I've never seen a hospital administrator as cold-blooded as Anne Heche's character, but I don't doubt that they exist.

My students, assistant and I watched it in class on Friday. After testing, I decided to let them watch a movie.

The ending wasn't how I had predicted, but it was aight. I was at that newsbroadcaster. A man trying to get ratings, saying that it was his "White Bronco"

Training Day comes out on video tomorrow. You know I'll be at Blockbuster during lunch break.

Unhappy

I had a chance to see this movie over the weekend and I was a bit disappointed. Denzel, as usual, was at the top of his game, but the whole story was just kind of unrealistic to me. I will admit that I was a boo-hooing somebody up in that theater, though. So, for me, the concept gets a thumbs up while the execution gets a thumbs down.

I did...

I saw it, although I didn't want to. I'm not a Wesley fan but I saw it so my spouse would stop pestering me about it.

I liked it but there were parts in it that were kind of cheesy. You could definitely see some elements of the plot coming early into the movie. Then some of the fight scenes looked like they came straight out of Street Fighter Alpha (the video game). The movie was entertaining on a base level but I don't expect for it to be one of the better movies I see this year.

I'm Gonna...

I'm going to see it tonight actually.

I've heard some good reviews about the film. I loved Blade I so I'm really excited about this one.

Red face Indiana Jones 4...wthigo?

Now, don't get me wrong. I like me some Harrison Ford, but I saw on CNN Headline News' ticker that Mr. Ford has agreed to play in the flick. Now, Harrison, it's not 1982, it's 2002.
