I was so sad that Jake wasn't there with his dad in the end though I was happy he'd gone to rehab. I felt so bad for Josh when he got the news & then I started to sob (literally) when he called Jake. Next weeks preview with the captains finding out left me crying harder.

I was okay during the episode- maybe because I was prepared or maybe just because of the way it was edited with the crab fishing stuff in between- but I had trouble watching the reunion ep.- that one brought the tears.

I cried a little during the episode. I completely lost it when they called Josh to come back because something went wrong. It reminded me too much of my uncle's death. He had a heart attack, was getting better and would survive, and then something went wrong and he passed quickly. Too sad.

Ok editting cuz I just watched the whole episode.
Wow. The reactions of Freddy and Jake Anderson really got me. I thought it would focus more around Phil and less around fishing, but I think it's the way Phil would have wanted it. He was my favorite and I hope the Cornelia Marie continues to be successful without him.

I saw this. Kinda made me sad, but at the same time... I don't think continuing the show without Phil is a good idea. So it's prolly best that the Hillstrands and Sig quit.

Those were my favorite captains (and Phil of course). I don't really like the remaining captains.
I think it cool that Sig quit in solidarity with the Hillstrands. Especially since Sig was more than just one of the captains. If I remember, he is also one of the tecnical advisors or something like that.

With Captain Phil gone and now the Hillstrand Brothers gone...there is no reason for me to continue to watch this show...
