I'm listening to her too as I watch LIVE WIRE since I missed part of wrestling on Thursday.

I really like her whole CD. She will get much play. I loaded her onto my computer and will keep the CD in the car. This is just a GREAT CD.

Angie Stone performed a couple of songs from the new CD when I saw her in Miami. That song, "Brotha," is really nice!!! So she shouldn't have a problem. Men were even diggin' the song. But she wrote it for them, so I guess they should've, lol. I've been anticipating the release of Mahogany Soul ever since seeing her in Miami in May. Those songs she did were really nice.

I see I'ma hafta pick up Blu while I'm out today. I think I get bonus Replay points in the month of August! Gotta love that!

I liked parts of it but it did not HIT ME like Jill, India, Alicia or Blu but no fear next week while I am working @ home I will listen to it to give it another listen. There were a couple of tracks that I liked. I am a ballad person.

I did see the video but was on the phone so I was not listening and giving it my total attention.

FYI Ideal, this coming week Monday thru Friday are all Triple Points days for Replay.
I can't remember whether or not I posted this already, but ask them about reserving CD's if you go...(Michael, Maxwell, etc.)

I, too, am looking forward to Angie's CD. Black Diamond was the bomb, esp. number 5...that was my personal jam for a minute!

CT4, glad you are gonna give Sunshine a second listen. She is most definitely not on the same level as the artists you mentioned, but it is a nice CD if you are in the mood for something that is not as deep as Jill n'em.
