This was actually AOII's OLD HOUSE! They sold it becuase it was too small (holds 80 girls) and it was too far from the rest of the greek community)

THe houses at IU are gorgeous! I was there in May for UIFI and stayed at the ADPi house. It is so beautiful! I was lucky enough to get to drive around the campus and see most of the houses. They are all beautiful and the campus is amazing!
